KATE IN JAPAN

日本にケイトの訪問

On 13 June 1978, Kate travels to Japan to promote The Kick Inside. On 18 June, she takes part in the 7th Tokyo Music Festival, held at Nippon Budokan. She performs "Moving" to a theatre audience of 11,000 and a television audience of 35 million. Kate wins the silver medal. During her visit, she appears on ‘Sound In S’ on Japan’s TBS-TV channel. She performs some of her own songs, "Moving," "The Man with the Child in his Eyes" and "Them Heavy People", as well as the Beatles’ songs "The Long and Winding Road" and "Let It Be".

1978年6月13日には、ケイトは「天使と小悪魔」を促進するために日本に移動します。 6月18日で、日本武道館での第7回東京音楽祭で参加しています。11000人の劇場の観客は3500万人のテレビ視聴者は、ケイトが「天使と小悪魔」を行う見ます。ケイトは銀メダルを獲得。 訪問の間に、日本のTBS-TVチャンネルの「Sound In S」に出場します。「天使と小悪魔」、「少年の瞳を持った男」と「ローリング・ザ・ボール」、自分の歌を実行しま。また、ビートルズの「ザ・ロング・アンド・ワインディング・ロード」と「シーズ・リーヴィング・ホーム」を実行しま。
